Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own domain?

Yes, the email runs on your domain. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll explain how to register it.

Can I migrate my email without losing messages?

We move messages from your old service via IMAP sync, and your old mailbox isn’t deleted in the process.

What happens if my balance runs out?

The service is suspended. Top up your balance and it resumes. Incoming messages may not be delivered while the service is suspended (senders will receive an error notice), so keep an eye on your balance: the calculator shows how many days it will last.

When is data deleted?

Under the terms of the offer, data may be deleted after more than 30 days of unpaid balance.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, at any time. Charges are recalculated by the day.

How do I cancel?

Message us on Telegram — we’ll disconnect the service and stop charging you. There are no other obligations.

Email is a system with many participants. Here’s what isn’t entirely up to us.

  • Delivery also depends on the receiving side — its filters and reputation scoring.
  • Antispam and antivirus don’t provide 100% protection.
  • Password and device security is the client’s responsibility.
  • We don’t guarantee 100% uptime: availability and liability are defined by the offer.
  • IP blacklisting and the decisions of third-party reputation systems are beyond our full control.
